Exclamation

lawyer met with trustee for payoff

NM

but I haven't heard a word.... no confirmation after 22 months... I've contacted US TRUSTEE Office and she is "monitoring" from now on. She said she NEVER heard of a CH 13 going almost TWO YEARS without confirmation. What a farce.

Can confirmed payoff be far off from the BASE PLAN? Am I in for another surprise with a payoff thousands of dollars more than my base plan???

are you paying less than 100%. If so yes your payoff will most likely be more than your base. My trustee told me that my plan was for 36 months or until I reached my base...whichever was longer. either way I will be paying less than 100%

To my knowledge the base plan is 100% which I am willing to pay just to be DONE.... It's Wednesday and I still have no word on Monday's meeting with the trustee.... UNREAL...

I can get NO information of the base plan. No one will tell me if it's ALL the debt or if the figure will change upon confirmation. 22 months and still no confirmation.

This is like one of Dante's circles of hell.... on and on and on with no resolution or closure....

If I'm willing to PAY the damned thing how can it keep going on and on? I have a SECOND court appearance schedule for mid-September.... WHY? They haggle over CRAP when I can just PAY IF OFF.... I'm paying HALF my takehome pay and trustee continues to haggled over nickels and dimes.... RIDICULOUS
