What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Illinois.

Has anyone had success with lien stripping a "qualified" junior mortgage in a chapter 7 in the northern district of Illinois?
If so, please cite your case number as reference.

Thank you.

Lein stripping doesn't happen in chapter 7 unless you happen to be in the eleventh circuit (Alabama, Florida, or Georgia). Even then it's not guaranteed. You have to have a willing judge. The current precedent is unpublished (meaning it's not binding) and it is under appeal to the Supreme Court.
