i have a 13000 dollar lein on me placed by the bank for not being able to make auto payments due to loss of my job.i recently applied for a new job,they need to know "how i plan to resolve this matter"i told them once i have a job i can make restition.the employer said that i needed a more specific answer???what do i do.i cant afford to hire an attorney until i have a job.any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
