life after chapter 13 dismissal

Maryland, i own my house and had to file bk because of death in family and it seems like after lawyer fees, trustee garnishment i could never catch up. had to do another stay and still then it was to diffcult to make mortgage payments, so now my house is up for sale...and i have filed a bk dismissal...my question, what am i going to do once i sell my house ...can i get another one? will i be able to get another home loan? with the sale of my house i will be able to pay off debts and start over fresh. or do i have to go back to renting? i have a house in mind that is cheaper than my current house? can i get it?
