live in arz, made copr loan in wi

i live in arz. i gave my mother's ( she lives in wi and her corp was in wi ) corp a loan ( cash ) after a fire in 1999. the corp paid me back in jan of 2000. my mother filed bankruptcy in feb of 2000. now i get a letter from bankruptcy trustee saying i have to pay that money back. question do i? i made the cash loan to her corp not to her personaly. she filed for bankruptcy personaly not corp. can i protect myself? if so what do i do, hire an wi attorney or attorney from arz?

is there a reason no one is answering any questions on here?
