Question

I am 24 years old. I was offered several credit cards while I was in college. I didn't know at the time that I would be making the biggest mistake of my life when I accepted them. I racked up numerous charges and then I made a bigger mistake I let my "boyfriend" at the time use it. Well more like I bought things for him to use(not to keep)ie cell phone, stereo equipment for the truck that I bought with it, a $4500.00 truck. I lived in Florida and I went up to Michigan to meet him. (he was an internet boyfriend to start)When I left him to move back down here(FL) I couldn't take the truck with me at the time. I was afraid to drive it all the way down here by myself. So I now owe more than $30,000.00 in bills and have a $20,000.00 car payment(in my mothers name) I have 2 children and no job I don't know what to do.
The bills include:
credit card
phone bills from college
student loan
medical bills
cell phone agreement($300.00)
mall store credit cards
Burdines
Dillards
Lane Bryant

Does anyone know what I should do???]
By the way these bills are 4years behind... meaning I haven't paid on any of them in 4 years....(except for the car payment)

Take responsibility. I know we all have made mistakes at one point in our lives. I too was were you are right now. I am an expert on "living with loosers". Smile....Get a job...anything for right now. Seek a reputable-not for profit-credit counselor to help you with paying off what you owe. They will negotiate easy terms for you. Try to avoid Bankruptcy if possible. You will make it through this okay! And you will feel good about yourself.

Better yet! Find a full Gospel Church and accept Christ as your Lord and Savior. Turn all these financial woes over to Him. He will give you the guidance you need. Also, you will gain a new family of Christian folks to help encourage you through this battle. I know that you won't go through this alone. Trust me..I did this, and my whole live was changed. Believe in Him who can make it happen...and it will!
