What is the name of your state? Arizona
My mother want to file Bankruptcy.... she is concerned my father will be affected... they have no debt together all the have is joint bank accounts. All the debt is under my mother credit. My father has a property but only he is in title as married but sole owner. Wil my father be affected??????What is the name of your state? Arizona
