| Was all the personal property yours before the marriage ? Even if you list some as yours, some as 'spouse' and some as 'joint', the value you use is still at GARAGE SALE prices, so unless you've got something huge, its not going to make all that much difference. At the least if they used a 50/50 approach to it that would only serve to reduce your assets - which isn't a bad thing with a Ch 7.
