i am trying to get information for state of arizona filing medical bankruptcy for my parents. father has alzheimers and collectors still calling he has soc sec income. mother has astronomical medical bills and will continue to have more the rest of her life, she also only receives soc sec. they are not married. the house is in mothers name and paid in full. she needs to sell house and use money to pay for assisted living the rest of her life. help.
