I lost my job while pregnant. After the birth of my baby, we had alot of bills that were unpaid. we had medical insurance. Our medical insurance company sent us a check for 1250.00 dollars it was suppose to go to the doctor. but the check was only made out to us. We had to make some house payment, so that we would not lose our home. Since then we have had to file for bankruptcy. Will this be discharged?
