Military entitlements as income?

What is the name of your state? TX
I am in the military and had a 341 hearing back on Aug 4th. First payment will be made on the 28th.

1. In the military I receive extra money for living off the base. This shows up in my paystub, but at the end of year is considered non-taxable income. Now if I lived on the base it would not show up at all in my paystub and I would not receive anything at all. Should this be counted against me as income in BK?
