Minimum amount of debt to file?

What is the name of your state?KY

I know there are maximum amounts of secured/unsecured debt to file bankruptcy, but are there minimums? I have approximately $18,000 in debt with about 13400.00 being on one credit card. The remainder is from 5 other credit cards and three medical bills.

No, there are no minimums.
