More Judgments better/worse

What is the name of your state? Fl
I have 2 judgments against (credit Cards) and two other collectors are in proccess of Suing me.
On the new suits I can fight them with SOL defense, But I was thinking for filing BK
would it be better to have 4 judgments or its irrevalent.

Do it BEFORE they win judgments. Getting rid of the existing 2 will cause you or your lawyer enough extra work as it is, getting rid of FOUR would just compound the problem. Once you file BK and get your discharge, then you must file with the local courts to have those judgments vacated.
