I was served with a Motion To Attach in Illinois. This is after not responding to to a Citation to Discover Assets because we are so overwlemed with problems we just couldn't make it into court. Not a good excuse but that is what happened. There are no assets to discover or pay the judgement. We can barely pay our utilities.

Will the Motion to Attach give them the right to search for assets? If so we are not worried, we are hiding nothing. What about current wages and the checking account. Is there anyway of them getting that information? Thank you.
