Motion to enforce Judgement

What is the name of your state? Michigan
I was divorced in Dec 06 at the same time I filled bankruptcy. The ex an I had one loan together and I agreed to pay it. But since I lost my job I cannot. She filed a motion to enforce. Should I go to the court date?

If I dont show what happens, I did mail the court my response and my budget and unemployement information.

Generally, it's never in your best interest to miss a court date.
When did you "agree to pay?" was that in the divorce settlement?
When you declared bankruptcy was this debt listed?

It was listed on the bankruptcty but only my name was listes.
It was in the divorce that I would pay it, no date or how I would pay it or if I would pay it ontime. Just a hand writing in the divorce that I am responsible for the debt
