motion to lift stay

What is the name of your state? Ga

I am in chapter 13 for about 2.5 years my home mortgage company filed for relief from stay i have two rental properties my plan is to sell one of the rentals to payoff the trustee and my creditors, the truck i drive is included in the bk I want to surrender the truck to free up that 16000 dollars to help me work out a reinstatement plan with my home mortgage company can this be done and will the trutee let keep any extra money after i surrender the truck sell the rental payoff the bk
