motion for relief of automatic stay

What is the name of your state?i live in the state of georgia and had filed a chpt 13 back in jan 2005 and have been keeping up with all my obligations according to my contract but in may 2005 i became ill with double pneumonia and was taken out of work for almost all of may(-1week) and a small portion of early june 2005, therefore my monies earned didn't allow me to keep my mortgage payments current but my funds to my trustee continued uninterrupted. i failed to contact my lawyerabout this temporary financial situation and has rec'd papers from my mortgage co. lawyers filing a motion for relief from the automatic stay. question, what are my chances of getting the motion withdrawn being i had cause which is no longer a problem and i can continue to fill my obligations according to my chp 13? will be able to bring my mortgage payments current by end of july. my hearing is scheduled for aug 10. please help. i have all my doctor's notes and can obtain my medical records if need be. i don't want to lose my house. i plan to contact my lawyer first thing monday morning. what options do i have? thanks in advance VAL
