motion to sever

What is the name of your state? Texas

I am currently in a chapter 13 bankruptcy with my soon to be ex-husband. It was filed in 2002. I need to sever from that case and convert individually to a chapter 7. I cannot afford an attorney and I cannot locate anything on the internet that will help me in how the Motion to sever should be set up.
