Motion to Vacate

What is the name of your state? Va

Hi all. A quick thank you for your advice from my previous visits here!

And now for today's questions: is there a place somewhere online that gives the format for filing a Motion to Vacate Judgment? I am guessing that I need to file one for each judgment that was discharged, and do I file them in the court they were granted in? Or just in my local District Court? And does anyone know what the court filing fees might be like on this?

Last question: I had, as many people do, 15 or so student loans that I have consolidated into one loan. But the 15 individual loans are still showing on my credit report as included in bankruptcy instead of consolidated or something like that. Is there any way to make them only show the one consolidation loan?

Thank you!!

Not likely, no. If you'll PM me your email address, I can send you a sample in a PDF file.

Yes, and yes.

Nope.. call the court clerk(s).

You can try disputing the individual loans, but I don't think you'll get very far with that. You did, in fact, have those loans so the reporting is accurate. If there's anything INaccurate about the tradelines, dispute them anyway.
