undefined What is the name of your state ?california I hired a local attorney to handle a chapter 13 for me as I was disabled in a accident in2001 and I was about to lose my home. I have a 2001 Harley Davidson that kept coming up as a un-necessary expense. I was told by one of the staff at my attorney's office to call H/D and tell them that I was going to keep the bike and cont. to make the regular pymnts. H/D said if it was court ordered then they could not do that. I called Otis back, told hom what H/D said & was told he would take care of it. I sold my home shortly afteer & the b/k was dismissed. around 4 months later I got my monthly statement from H/D and there was a 1000.00 charge for their attorney. when I called H/D they said it was because I said I was going to surrender the bike and then changed my mind. I asked H/D to send me a copy of my file. When I recvd. it I found a court document with my signature forged on it. I called the attorney and have spoken with 3 people that were. suppost to check it out & call me back. They never called. Now H/D has been trying to repo my bike and I've had to deal with it. What can I do??
