Need Legal Advice on Bankruptcy Case

I filed Bankruptcy Chapter 7 back in Jan. 1994. My wife and I are purchasing a Home we are scheduled to close next week. The title company did a title search and they found a judgement on me from back in 1994 for a leased vehicle. The vehicle was reposses before filing and I told my lawyer to add the car to the bankruptcy. Now I have the papers showing the vehicle is on the bankruptcy. Why, is the Leased vehicle coming up on the title search. The vehicle does not come up on my credit report. What can I do to get this removed from my record? I don't have much time left... Help
