Need some info on bankruptcy.when you own property???

What is the name of your state? Burbank, CALIFORNIA

This is a very long and detailed story so I will try and cut ut short. Claimed Bankruptcy with and did'nt tell them everything about what I own like I told then that I did'nt know the exact value of my property well come to find out it was worth alot nore than I thought well the trustee thought I was lying about my property it was worth around 500 thousand for my home and I owned around 25 thousand to creditors, well the chapter 13 trustee decided to put my property up for sale well I finally got every back to order I think but, the real estate people are charging me 30 thousand just to list the property oh and all kinds of charges but what I wanted to know is if they can charge me that 30 thousand when I did get my house back and they do not have to sell it after all but they still want the 30 thousand. Please tell me they can't do that.

What does the contract you signed with the realtors say about fees if the sale is canceled?
