Question

new bankruptcy law?

What is the name of your state? California
I have been hearing rumors that the law is changing and it will be harder to file. Is this true? And if so when do these laws take effect?

The legislation is still hung up in the Senate. If it passes, it'll take affect 180 days after President Bush signs the legislation.
