My husband is going to work at a new business. We have just filed Chapter 7. He will have checking privilages and a credit card. Even through his name is not on this new corporation can they get a judgement on this business account. Should we put his paycheck in a trust fund? We live in AZ.

Relax on these issues. Your creditors will not be collecting from the businesses account or from your husbands check. All creditors are stayed from collection efforts.
