No Bankruptcy - Eliminate Credit Card Debt ???

What is the name of your state? Oklahoma

I have looked into several companies that offer the service of elminating credit card (unsecured) debt, not consolidate or negociate......totally eliminate !! They do it by some sort of Supreme Court Ruling and Federal Banking Standards.

Here are some of their sites: http://www.nomoredebt.cc/american_overview.htm

Please check this out and let me know if this is legitimate.

Is it possible? sure.

Will it happen if you pay those companies? not likely.

You're not going to wipe out CC debt based on the legality of banking practices in the US.

That's like saying you're not going to pay taxes because it isn't Constitutional. Lot's of people try it...but it never works.

In the end, you'll still owe the CC companies money, your credit will be trashed, and you'll be several $$$ poorer because you gave those websites your money.

If you really knew what you were doing, and were willing to spend 2 years of working on it, you could probably manage to wipe out most of your CC debt just by disputing items that the lender had no proof belonged to you.

appreciate your response, it sounds like it might work if you had nothing else to do and persued. I just wanted to explore all possibilities before making a final decision on chapter 7.
