| Here's another thing. I have a contract - signed in Ky — about a truck that has been repo'ed. Previous post has explained my position there on SOL and judgment. Here's a question — the original contract doesn't have my name on it, but it does have my signature on it later on? Does that make any difference? |

| Does it have your signature where it says "I promise to do ....?" If so, then you are legally bound by the contract.
