Here's another thing. I have a contract - signed in Ky — about a truck that has been repo'ed. Previous post has explained my position there on SOL and judgment. Here's a question — the original contract doesn't have my name on it, but it does have my signature on it later on? Does that make any difference?

Does it have your signature where it says "I promise to do ....?" If so, then you are legally bound by the contract. There is no requirement that your name be included in fancy script in the body of the contract.
