Non payment of Credit Card


What is the name of your state? out of US

I have one Credit card from CitiBank and 2 credit cards from ABN amro bank due to lost my job i cannot be able to pay the payment from since 6 months... Citi Bank deposit the security cheque already in to my bank and warned me that they will take immediate legal action and put travel BAN
i just want to know that what legal actions they can take and do they can put legal ban or do police case? what are the international ruules and regulations for non payment of credit card

Unfortunately I doubt you will receive an answer on this board as we only deal with US Law. Perhaps there is a board out there that deals with international law??
