What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? south Dakota
I finished my chapter 13 bankruptcy and just received a letter stating the IRS has objected to the discharge for failure to make plan payments. I made all the bankruptcy payments but they were so high that I couldn't afford to pay the IRS for 2012/2013. It also shows a small amount owed for 2011 which the bankruptcy was supposed to pay off. So now what happens?
