| Its very typical, the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing ! The computers at MBNA are still spitting out their usual warning notices - so someone hasn't yet coded the account in their systems.
What you should do is try calling them first, remind the phone drone that you get for 'customer service' that you have filed for bankruptcy, MBNA HAS been notified and their continued billing and collection is a violation of the automatic stay ! If you have to, insist on speaking to a supervisor. Have your BK case number handy, along with your filing date.
I'd be willing to bet you never get another bill once you read them the riot act.
