One collection sold my charged-off acct to anotherWhat is the name of your state?Florida I am in the process of filing bankruptcy, but have this problem! I have a charged-off account that has been purchased by yet another collections company - however, I cannot find the address of the said company anywhere - I have exhausted my search-engine options? There is a phone # that I can call to the previous owner - will they give me the information I need? Any ideas as to how to go about handling this? Thank you for your input. Beth T. |

| What is the name of the Collection Agency ??? There are ways to find them ![]() It doesn't make THAT much of a difference anyway, as long as you list the original creditor and the collection agency that you DO have info on, then you'll still be covered if your case is a no-asset Chapter 7.
