One of the lawyers I consulted with wants to sue me?!?

What is the name of your state? MA

I filed Pro Se, after meeting with 3 lawyers. They all said the same ting - Easy case NO Asset. SO after hearing it over and over, and finding info on the net (including here) I filed Pro Se. Well now for whatever reason this peon lawyer must have been checking for me, cuz now he has sent an email stating he wants his fee or he will file a motion with the BK court. He didnt say what kind, justthat he says he prepared my papers and I filed with them.

Which isnt true, he did do the paperwork but I scrapped it and did my own. I did however use one of his forms to file a skelton filing because while trying to decide which way to go I got served with papers from a creditor filing suit. That is what made me jump and file the next day.

Anyway...I cant imagine this guy has an recourse...does he?

If you signed a retainer agreement with him, he could probably do something. Otherwise, it sounds like he doesn't have a shot. Now you've got the problem pro-se filers inevitably face, what to do when you have to litigate. Now you probably will have to hire a bankruptcy attorney

Do not casually invoke the Ferris clause.
What part of that are you not understanding?
