What is the name of your state? Indiana Had my meeting and was told by trustee that I need to amend Schedule B (somehow overlooked the last page) Do I also have to amend my summary of schedules and resubmit the declaration with this as well? Just trying to get this right this time since it's costing me $26.00. Also if I need to add another creditor to my BK what is all that is required to get that done too! Again thanks to all who have replied and helped me.

If you must amend Schedule B, then you will probably have to amend the summary as well.
Same goes for adding a creditor to your matrix. You will have to amend any schedule where this creditor would have been listed.
