| In 1996, I reduced the balance on my credit card after several late payments. The credit co. opened my line of credit and I began using the card. I had five consecutive transactions post to my account. Due to the multiple transactions, the credit card co. immediately lowered my credit limit with no warning before all the transactions posted. As a result, I have a overlimit balance and overlimit fees being charged to my account. Is this legal? Can I take any action? |
