several years ago a client of mine wrote several bad checks and also made false deposits at her atm... she is pretty much black listed from all banking institutions... she's now financially prepared to pay off her debt, and in fact wants to open a new bank account. how do i go about assisting her in this effort?

My response:
Other than walking into a bank with her for moral support, there's nothing YOU can do for her. It's between her and a bank willing to take a chance on her.
