Paying a debt listed in BKWhat is the name of your state? Indiana Hi all! Another question. I finally got my daughter's doctor to agree to take her back. The only condition was that I had to pay the 75.00 that I had charged off due to BK. I went ahead and paid it. Also, I had a 31.00 charge off at my OB doctor. I listed this in the BK, and paid it also so I could continue to receive care. Will this be looked at as fraud? I am so worried.....I have less than 30days to go until discharge. What do you all think?? Thanks! Ein |

| Thanks so much for replying! I really appreciate it! I wonder how something like this would get reported to the trustee? Do they run your credit reports?? What do you think?? |

| No, they don't run your credit reports. As stated, the amounts are minimal and it IS purely voluntary for you to pay back discharged debts. No one is going to question paying doctors something like this, its not fraud - its sensisble.
