Pending Chapter 7 questions

What is the name of your state? Connecticut

I am going to be filing a chapter 7 BK. I have a vehicle which I leased in march which I do not wish to keep. Will there be any proplems having this debt discharged being that it was aquired about 3 months ago or might it be easier to go through a voulintary repo and have the deficency discharged through the BK?

Just include the lease in your bankruptcy and in your papers note your intention to return the vehicle. The debt should be discharged and you lose nothing.
