Personal Bankruptcy

What is the name of your state?Kansas

When filing for personal bankruptcy do I include debts for a bankrupt business? The business has already filed bankruptcy and has been completed. Should I include the debts in my personal filing?

If that bankruptcy has been completed, and the debts have been discharged, what would make you think that you need to have them re-discharged? I don't understand.

Did you personally guarantee any of the business loans?
