Question

personal bankruptcy verses corporate

What is the name of your state?undefinedWhat is the name of your state?Florida.
i am thinking of filing personal bankruptcy.I own a business that is a corporation and in an s chapter. i am vp.my question is if i file personal bankruptcy will it in any way involve my corporation?

That depends, did you personally guarantee any of the debts ???
