Planning on filing chp7

What is the name of your state? SC

I've run up my credit card debt to several thousand dollars and just can't afford to pay them anymore. went to speak with an attorney about chp 7. i'm married and currently unemployeed., have been paying the billing with husbands income but just can't handle it anymore. currently home and cars are in husbands name. i have 5k in saving in mine and daughters name for her school saving. have had thousands in bank in past months when i got cash advancements ext thransfeing debt and trying to pay things off with better interest rates. husband is not filing but my attorney has asked for his w2. we have joing checking accounts but all other debt with is unsecured in only in my name. will me filing effect him? also if i file in my home state and move to another state before the ending of my chp7 will this effect me some how. haven't told attorney that yet because not sure if it will happen.
