Pleeez HELP ME

i live in nevada. i need to know if bankruptcy will remove a lawyers lean on my house.i also need to know what the homestead exemtion in nevada is. please help me !

Your bankruptcy attorney could bring a motion to avoid the lien on your house. He will charge you extra for this. You must bring the motion, the lien cannot be automatically discharged. Most of the time, such a motion is successful.
