Power of Attorney - Lawyers Signature

What is the name of your state? California

Can a Lawyer have an Employee of non legeal status - represent them during a consultation and sign the Lawyers name to any document ie: fee agreements, petition paper work, etc..

or does the employee need to be an Attorney also ??
