Pre Discharge BK class


What is the name of your state? Ohio

I have completed my pre-dischardge thing, am I supposed to send a copy of my certification somwhere? I filed myself and do not have an attourney.

I included the pre-bankruptcy certificate with my schedules when I filed. Submit it to the clerk ASAP, b/c this could be grounds for dismissing your case.

Wrong certificate


You are obviously thinking of the pre-bankruptcy counselling. You can't even file without that. The author was talking about the post-filing, pre-discharge instruction on how to never need bankruptcy again.

I would file it with the clerk of the bk court - keep a copy.
