Preparing own forms

I completed our own bankruptcy forms but was told that I had to make some "amendments". I can't find these forms anywhere. Can you please help me?

Without knowing more I am somewhat limited in my help to you. Generally to amend any part of your bankruptcy petition, you should be able to file the amended schedule (for example your assets) and just add (by typing) "1st amended schedule of assets". However, check with your local court rules as they will tell you how to file amended schedules.
