Proof of Income question

What is the name of your state? GA
I have been receiving support from family/friends over the past few years as my online business continues to struggle. I have no other proof of income. Some of the credit cards I was approved for is based on my higher levels of income from prior years. Can someone help me understand why this may be a problem? Thanks.

It won't be a problem if, the income you listed at the time you applied for the card was correct.
