Question about papers in CH 7?

What is the name of your state?OH

During my creditors hearing the Trustee said that he couldn't find my case in the computer. He took all my original papers for my CH7 BK. He told me he would send them back later. Well, now I am discharged and still no papers (I have written him a letter and no response).

What can I do?

How about - call the BK court and tell them the Trustee kept your papers and you'd like a copy ???? You fill out a form and they send you copies of your BK papers. Since they won't go to the archives in MO for a few years yet, this should be pretty simple.
