What is the name of your state? FL

If my ex-wife signs a quit-claim deed, will it remove her from the house title and the 1st/2nd mortgages?

**A: it would remove her from the title but not from the mortgages.
If you are going to file BK, any deed transfer within 1-2 years of filing may be considered a fraudulent transfer of an asset.
