I am thinking about filing personal chapter 7
My husband wants no part of this seeing how credit cards are my debt. I live in NY by the way...
My question is We own a Home for which we have no eqity
in and we also own a boat that we just bought 2 years ago in both of our names which also have no equity.
Can they make us put the boat up for sale seeing how MY husband is the first signer on this loan and we owe more on it now then it is worth.
