Did you sign a reaffirmation agreement ???
Do you have a lawyer ??

If you have a lawyer, then a reaffirmation hearing isn't necessary and a judge doesn't even have to sign it.

BTW, reaffirmations are NOT mandatory in TN. You can keep paying and keep the car w/o a reaff agreement.

Reaffirmation

I'm not sure if I signed reaffirmation agreement, did do statement of intent. Lawyer I used has quit. Tried to look on Pacer but cannot pull documents except docket sheet, shows no reaffirmation. Credit reports shows included in bankruptcy and when I called loan co. will not return phone calls. I rec'd no paperwork after bankruptcy except discharge letter. Just trying to find out if it shows on docket if reaffirmed. Thanks.

You should be able to look at ALL the documents filed in your case on Pacer. How long ago was your discharge ??

Reaffirmations must be completed BEFORE your discharge.

Interesting. A case that new should all be in Pacer. There isn't any way you can force them out of Pacer if they were never in there to begin with. Just ask the court clerk for a copy of your case file, you should have it in a couple of days.
