Reaffirmation! (anyone but HomeGuru please respond)

Hi, I'm in Texas and have had 341 meeting of Ch 7 no asset case. We have furniture with Citifinancial (rooms to go) and they want us to reaffirm. Letter sent from our lawyer says to accept lowered amt. of 2150.00 (was 3450.00) at payments of 80.00 monthly but also states "Debtor hereby elects to reaffirm: the entire debt, in accordance with the provision of the attached agreement, except that any agreement with pre-computered finance charges is converted to an interest-bearing calculation of finance charges effective the date of this agreement." So 3450.00 was total due but with their hefty finance chgs. monthly pymt. was 212.00. So is this saying that they'll take 2150.00 at 80.00 monthly but will be adding finance charges of whatever amt? I'm not following. And what is our option here? My hours are being cut back even more in Jan. Should I send letter back to lawyer and surrender furniture? But it's my bedroom and living room furniture. Will have nothing? If I say we'll surrender is it possible they will not mess with it and let us keep? How would this affect our discharge which should be this next month? So confused. Thank you for your help!
