reaffirmation consequenceslouisiana - filed bankruptcy 2 yrs ago. have reaffirmation on file with mobile home lender. will be moving out of state. if i stop making payments i know they will repo the home, but if i still owe more than what they could resell for am i responsible? i filed chapter 7. all payments are current at this time. my credit can't get worse. any suggestions... |

| You cannot change your election post-discharge. You still will owe the balance of your reaffirmation agreement after the mobile home is repo'd and sold at auction.
